Here's how to adjust the size of the Windows 7 taskbar preview pane.
The operation steps are as follows:
1: Open the registry editor:
Start, run …, enter regedit and enter; or press win + R, enter regedit and enter;
2 : Find in the directory on the left:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerTaskband
3: In the blank space on the right side of the right, select New DWORD (32-bit) value, name is MinThumbSizePx
4: Double-click the newly created MinThumbSizePx key value, Then enter the preview window size you want to adjust in the “Value Data” field. The default value of the system is about 200, here is adjusted to 250, and the right side of the "cardinal" is selected as decimal.
Click OK, close the registry to log out or restart the system to see the effect
