So how do we create VHD files in Windows 7? There are two methods, one is pure command line mode, and the other is graphical interface operation. Considering that the command line mode needs to memorize some commands and parameters, in order to avoid errors, here is a graphical menu operation as an example to introduce how to create, configure and delete VHD files. First, create a VHD 1, right click on the start menu or the computer on the desktop, select “ management & rdquo;, enter the "computer management" window; 2, in the list on the left, select "storage" & rdquo; - & ldquo; disk management ”, then right click to select "Create VHD";

3, then you will see a "create and attach virtual disk" window, where you need to set the location and capacity of the VHD file Size, confirm it is correct and click OK. Note: When selecting "virtual hard disk format", unless your hard disk space is very tight, dynamic expansion is not recommended.

Set the location and capacity of the VHD. 4. After a while, the virtual hard disk is created. At this time, you can see the new virtual hard disk in Disk Management: Disk 1;
