How to solve the problem that win7 program does not respond

  
                                    

First, open the “Start” menu, open “All Programs, go to "Accessories", click “Run”.

Next, open the run inside and type regedit to run the registry and click OK.

Next, expand to HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop, then right click in the blank space to create a new “DWORD 32-bit value”.

Finally, after renaming it to WaitToKillAppTimeout, double-click the file and confirm that the value of the key is 0. Save the changes and exit.
