What is the way to handle win 7 temporary files

I don't know if you have the habit of cleaning up your computer regularly. The computer will generate some temporary files. I don't know how to deal with it. Therefore, the problem of temporary files has been plaguing many users. Many people put the files in the system disk. It affects the speed of the system, which is a headache.

With the advancement of computer networks, the system is becoming more and more advanced. XP is already a past tense. Most of them are now equipped with Win7 system. When we download the software, the location of the system disk will definitely not be taken up, and the path will be modified manually. However, slowly, you will find that the space of the system disk is still getting smaller and smaller, the reason, temporary folder It is placed in the system disk. Now for the better operation of the system, we have to change the temporary folder to another place to see what to do.

1. First open the Win7 control panel, enter "System and Security", open "ldquo; Advanced System Settings" in the left navigation bar.

2. Switch to the “Advanced” tab and open the “Environment Variable”.

3. In the Environment Variables dialog box, select “TEMP” and “TMP”, click the “Edit” button.

In the Edit User Variables dialog box, we see that the variable value is the part that can be edited. There is already the default temporary file storage address of the original system. We can directly change the temp and tmp variables of the user and system to another path. This way the temporary folder is removed from the system disk, and the space is released very well.

Temporary files are not important files. On the contrary, such files should be cleaned up. If it hinders the speed of your computer, it is even more urgent. Refer to the above method to do it.
