Step 1: Create “Number“Menu Bar

In the Word toolbar Right-click anywhere and select the “Customize” command to open the Customize dialog. Click the “commands' tab, locate the <;new menu" item at the bottom of the "category" list, and then click the "new menu" in the "commands" Drag and drop it anywhere on the menu bar, then right click on the “new menu" to rename it to “number”. If you want to customize a shortcut to call it, you can add “(&&N)” at the end, the letters can be customized, as long as you don't repeat the shortcuts of other menus. At this point, the "number" & rdquo; blank menu is created, click [OK] and exit the "Customize" dialog box.

Step 2: Create “AutoText Collection

To implement automatic branch input, you can create an AutoText by using a macro command. If you want to create a branch input from "lds; (1) & rdquo; to “ (10) & rdquo; AutoText. First enter the number from “(1)” to “(10)” in the blank space of the Word document. Each number is in a row, then drag up and down to select all the numbers. Right-click anywhere on the toolbar and select the "AutoText" dialog, and the "AutoText" will appear in the window. Don't do anything else, just click “New(N)……” on the AutoText toolbar, and you'll see the "Create Auto Anthology" dialog box, in "Please name your ‘AutoText & rsquo;entry"> The following is a name for this AutoText, such as “(1)-(10)”, click [OK] to create it.

Step 3: Add a new menu item

The final step is to add the created AutoText to the "Number" menu bar.
