How to modify the default software installation path of Win7 system [Fig.]

  

When we install the software, the default path is the ProgramFiles folder of the C drive. This is also the place to save the installer files, but all the software is installed. In the C drive, when the system needs to be reinstalled, it may become the most troublesome to install the software. Therefore, many users install the program files on the non-system partition. But this way you have to modify the path every time, it is very troublesome, the following method will let you once and for all, let the software default installation path point to the disk partition you need.
1, run regedit to open the registry editor
2, find the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Microsoft\\Windows\\CurrentVersion
Right-click in the registry ProgramFilesDir: C:\\Program Files path, as shown below:

so that later when installing the software, no longer have to modify the installation path and cumbersome.
