Tip: This problem may be caused by a third-party plug-in. It is recommended that you reset the settings of Windows Internet Explorer 9 to the state when Internet Explorer was first installed and then try.

Solution:

1. Close all currently open Internet Explorer windows and Windows Explorer windows. Type Internet Explorer in the Start Search box and press Enter;

2. Click the “Tools" button at the top right of the page and select "Internet Options";
