Windows 7 system: Quickly open local connections

Users who are accustomed to the Windows XP operating mode, when faced with Windows 7, there are many desktop features that seem to be very unfamiliar. For example, in Windows XP, the "Local Area Connection" icon can be seen directly in the "Network Connection" property window, but in Windows 7, if you are not very careful, you will find it hard to find for a while.

IE can not open or open slowly, and then, or can be on the QQ, but can not open IE. In the case of such a network problem, experienced users will habitually check whether the system network connection is abnormal. However, under the Windows 7 system, users who are not very familiar with it are often difficult to quickly find the "local connection" in the "network connection" attribute. For this problem, we can solve it by creating a shortcut.

Windwos7 system on the desktop, right-click the mouse, the pop-up menu, select "New → Shortcut" in the pop-up dialog box, enter "explorer.exe ::" (do not enter double quotation marks, as follows Figure). After

been entered, click the "Next" button and follow the prompts (you can give the shortcut a name, you can also press the default system) to complete the operation. As shown below:

Click "Finish" button, the system generates an icon "local connection" on the desktop, when you need to view network status, double-click to run.

Comments:

many users believe that, WindowsXP and Windows7 like Explorer context menu is the "extra", it is used to modify the registry to delete them. This is actually not very good, once you need to set the command through the right-click menu, you also need to find the corresponding registry to recover.
