1. Press the combination key Windows+R to open the run, enter “regedit” press enter to enter the registry editor.

2. The entry path is "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindows NTCurrentVersionImage File Execution Options".
3. Right-click Image File Execution Options to create a new “item" and name it utilman.exe.

4. Right click on the new column and click on the string value & rdquo;, named Debugger.
5. Double-click the newly created Debugger and enter the path of the application you want to add in the “Value Data” field. Here I used the command prompt, the path is: C: Windowssystem32cmd.exe
