Delete HUNGAPPTIMEOUT and WAITTOKILLAPPTIMEOUT subkeys under HKEY_USERS\\.DEFAULT\\DESKTOP

Delete HUNGAPPTIMEOUT under HKEY_CURRENT_USER, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\ControlPanel, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\ControlPanel\\Desktop , WAITTOKILLAPPTIMEOUT, WAITTOKILLSERVICETIMEOUT subkey.
