Note: This method is to install Windows 7 single system, instead of installing dual system, if you want to install Windows XP and Windows7 dual system, it is not so Complex, you can use the virtual drive method or run the setup directly under the hard disk to install, here is not introduced, here is just a way to install a single system!

Method 1: Newly install Windows7 under Windows XP system

1. Download Windows 7 7057ISO image (RC or RTM) and copy it to non-C drive (such as D:7057) with virtual drive. Br>

2, put the bootmgr and boot directory under the D:7057 directory (in fact, as long as the inside boot.sdi and bcd files) to the root directory of the c drive, and build a sources folder in the root directory of the C drive . (Do not need to obtain administrator rights under XP)

3. Copy the boot.win under D:7057sources to the sources folder just created by the C drive

4. Run as administrator. Cmd, then enter c:bootbootsect.exe/nt60 c: prompt successful (ie successful!)

5, close the cmd window to restart the computer, automatically enter the installation interface, select the installation language, and choose the time that suits you. And currency display type and keyboard and input method

Method 2: Windows XP system installs Windows7
