What should I do with Win8/Win8.1 IE11 flashback?

Note: When the Win8/Win8.1 system uses IE browser by default, the Modern version of IE browser can be used normally.
Reference plan one:
1, use the desktop version of IE10/IE11 access: follow the prompts, set IE10/IE11 as the default browser, restart the system, run the Modern version of the IE application.
