Connect to Steam service Win8/Win8.1 over 20%

Today, Valve's Steam service announced the latest monthly hardware survey of player hardware, again proving that PC games have not yet reached the edge of dying, and there are still tens of millions of players using game-level PCs to install games. It is worth noting that since the official launch of the Windows 8 system in October last year, the usage rate of players has soared. The total proportion of Windows 8/Windows 8.1 this month has exceeded the number of milestones of 20.06%.

According to the survey, the number of individual player installation links to Steam using Windows 8 system has reached 11.22%, while the number of players using Windows 8.1 system has reached 8.84% (both systems include 32-bit and 64-bit systems). This means that one of the five devices linked to the Steam service is a Windows 8/8.1 system.
