Windows 8.1 OneNote joins OCR function

  
Microsoft today released a major update to the Windows 8.1 version of the OneNote application, adding camera scan (Camera Scan) OCR function, the interface is also fine-tuned, and compatible with Windows 8.1 features & ndash; such as by sharing “ The Super Button & quoquo; records content or screenshots in a Windows 8.1 app or browser.

According to Microsoft, the most important update to Windows Note 8.1 OneNote is Camera Scan, which is OCR (Optical Character Recognition, Microsoft's previous integration in SkyDrive and Windows 8.1). Use One Camera to capture documents, photos, and whiteboards and extract the text above for re-editing; this feature also supports searching for images by text.
You can find "Camera" in the radial menu in OneNote notes to get started with camera scanning. In addition, Microsoft updated OneNote's navigation features, the note list added a preview; notes can be viewed in full screen (hidden left navigation); also improved the stylus effect.
