In the Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall left click on the advanced settings
Click on the left inbound rule, then click on the new rule on the right, then in the pop-up inbound rules wizard, then
rule type: port
protocol and port we choose the TCP protocol and specific local port (Example: 80)
Operation: Allow connection
When all rules are selected in the application rule (domain, public, private)
Enter the name and description
Click to complete, it is OK.
With the above settings, other computers on the LAN can access your built server with your IP address.
