What should I do if the Windows 8 taskbar cannot be displayed after it is automatically hidden?

  
By default, the Windows 8 taskbar can be displayed on the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the screen. If you hide it, just move the mouse to the edge of the corresponding direction to display it normally. If the taskbar cannot be displayed due to some factors, you can modify the display taskbar by setting it.
1. At the Metro interface or Windows desktop, press the keyboard"Win”+”X” combination hotkey to bring up the hidden shortcut menu in the lower left corner, then select and click “Control Panel”. As shown below:

2. In the pop-up control panel window, click on the arrow on the right side of the view: category and select “small icon”. As shown in the following figure:

3. Find the “Task Bar” icon in the list and click the left mouse button, as shown in the following figure:

4. The task that pops up In the column property setting interface, uncheck the “Automatically hide the taskbar (U)” option and click the “OK” button to end the setting. As shown in the following figure:

5, after the setting is completed, it can take effect immediately. If you still need to automatically hide the taskbar, you can reset it without affecting the use.
