2. In the command prompt window, type net localgroup Administrators command, and then press Enter, in the feedback window that appears, check to see if only one Administrator account.

3. After the restart the computer into safe mode, the login time, you can see the administrator account, click on the account login.

4. After entering the system, press win+R at the same time to open the running window, then enter “netplwiz.exe” and press Enter. In the window that opens, select the account to be set and double click Open, then switch to the “Group Members” tab, set the “Test 1” account to the “Administrator Group”, click the OK button, and then return to “Advanced User Account Control”. Click OK again.
