Microsoft Graphics explains how to submit Win8 applications to Windows Store

The official Windows Store blog now officially provides developers with more information on how to submit Win8 apps to the store for users to download. Written by Jonathan Garrigues, project manager from the developer experience team, Microsoft first explained the design of the Windows Store application submission.
Microsoft believes that developers should be provided with a straightforward path to submit applications, with full flexibility to consider how developers choose. Microsoft understands the options for publishing applications, such as marketing, pricing, trials, etc., motivating developers to add new features and change code.

Microsoft also wants to encourage developers to get started with Windows Store developers before they start designing Windows 8 applications. Developers can first apply the subscription name to ensure that the name is not used by others before submission.

Microsoft shows the steps to submit an app process through the Windows Store in a blog, including setting app prices, age limits and ratings, adding game app options, creating free-to-use versions, and more.

Microsoft also provides the app developer Windows App Certification Kit, which is tested by the developer before submitting the application "last minute" to identify the last vulnerabilities affecting the sale of the app store.

In the application submission process, developers will be provided with a way to describe the application, and screenshots are included. Since it takes a certain amount of time to fill out and submit the application, Microsoft also offers the option to save the progress.

Once a Windows 8 app is submitted to the Windows Store, app developers can check the authentication process step by step. Microsoft opened the application for malware and virus checks, and the application needs to comply with Microsoft's policies. The final step is Microsoft's signing of a credit certificate, meaning that consumers can buy and download the app with confidence, without worrying about the app being tampered with by others.

Finally, you're done, the app will appear in the Windows Store list for download and purchase to all Windows 8 users.
