If ​​you are not a MSDN or TechNet user and cannot download the Windows 8.1 ISO, don't worry, here is a little trick to get the Windows 8.1 ISO and make the system installation disk.
This method is especially suitable for users who need to upgrade multiple Windows 8.1 machines, because if you don't, you need to download Windows 8.1 files on each machine, now you only need to download once. You can also create a Windows 8.1 installation disk without having to install Windows 8 ahead of time.
1. Go to Microsoft's official page "Upgrade Windows with Product Key Only": http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only
2. The "Install Windows 8" button will download the installation assistant and open it after the download is complete.

3. Enter the product key of your previous purchase of Windows8 or Windows 8 Professional or Windows 8 and download the corresponding version.

4. When it starts downloading, click the x in the upper right corner of the window to close the installation assistant.
5, re-open the Windows upgrade page (http://windows.microsoft.com/zh-cn/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only), click "Install Windows 8.1", then download new Installation assistant.
6, run the latest download installation assistant, download Windows 8.1.

7. When the Windows 8.1 download is complete, choose to install from the media. This option allows you to make a USB or DVD system installation disk.

8. If you want to store the installation file in the U disk, select the first one. If you want to directly obtain the ISO file, select the second option.
