        The details are as follows:
1. Press WIN+R under Win8.1 desktop, then enter the registry editor to open the command regedit and enter;
2. Navigate to “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\AppEvents\\EventLabels”
3, scroll down to WindowsLogon, find "ExcludeFromCPL" in the right window; double-click this key to change 1 to 0 or delete the key;
4, do the same for WindowsLogoff, WindowsUnlock and SystemExit;
5, after closing the registry editing, we will open the sound settings interface, you will find that the options that can be set in Win7 are back!
