Win10 Tablet Surface 3 and Surface Pen pairing tutorial

        Unlike Surface Pro 3, Windows 8.1 on Surface 3 won't prompt you how to pair with Surface Pen. Instead, this requires the Surface 3 user to manually set it up. This article is a pairing tutorial for Surface 3 and touch stylus.
The setup steps are as follows:
1. (Win8.1 system) Swipe in from the edge of the right screen and click Settings.
2. Click on Change PC Settings ——PC and Devices, then click Bluetooth.
3. Make sure the Bluetooth switch is turned on.
4. Press and hold the button on the top of the Surface stylus for 7 seconds until the middle lamp of the pen starts to flash.
5. When the Surface Pen appears on the Bluetooth list, click Pair.
Now you can use the Surface Pen on Surface 3. Press the top button on the Surface 3 to connect to your computer and automatically open OneNote.
