However, some users have found that once the new version of the graphics card driver is upgraded with the Windows 8 or Windows 10 operating system installed in 2014 and 2015, the system will immediately black out and cannot be started again.

This phenomenon was first pointed out by an old Apple user (using the iMac desktop in the second half of 2015). After experiencing the same phenomenon after more than a dozen reinstallation systems, the user dialed Apple's customer service phone. The customer service who answered the phone said that it had never received a similar complaint, but the customer insisted that the customer transfer the call to a “senior technical support staff”. The "senior technical support staff" provided the solution: enter the Windows security mode, turn off automatic updates, and then reinstall the Windows support software. The user asked the cause of the failure, the other party said that this is because Intel's latest version of the graphics card driver and Apple's graphics card conflict, which will cause this phenomenon.

Next, the user re-installs the Windows 10 system without the Internet, according to the solution provided by Apple's customer service, and closes the automatic update, but the system will still appear after installing the Windows support software provided by Apple. Currently, Apple's latest EI Capitan operating system and stop support for Windows 7. The user concluded that using Apple to install Windows, only Windows 8, and can not upgrade the Intel graphics driver.
