How to connect win7 to the printer server

1. Select Start - Control Panel and select View Devices and Printers.

2. Click Add Printer.

3. Select Add a local printer.

4. Select Create a new port, select the Standard TCP/IP Port for the port type and select Next.

5. Enter the IP address of the print server, click Next, windows
will automatically create the corresponding port.

6. After the port is created successfully, select the device type in the next interface and click the Settings button. In the pop-up page, select the LPR protocol, add the queue name to lp1 and check the LPR byte enabled. Count, click the OK button and continue to select the next step.

7. Next you will be prompted to install the printer driver. If your printer model is in the system integrated driver list, you can directly select the corresponding model and click Next to install. If you can't find it. For the printer model, choose to install from the disk and then install the printer driver from a CD or other storage device. Continue to click Next after completion.
