This method works through a group policy to a higher version of Win7 /Win8.1 user (Windows7 family Normal version, Windows 8.1 Standard Edition, etc. are not suitable), the steps are as follows:

1, press the logo key + R to bring up the "Run" window, enter gpedit.msc and press Enter to enter the group policy, < Br>

2. Navigate to Computer Configuration & Rarr; Manage Templates & Rarr; Windows Components & Rarr; Windows Update, find Turn off the upgrade to the latest version of Windows through Windows Update on the right, double-click to open,
