Win8.1 black screen blue screen and other issues perfect solution

master in the folk, has been found to deal with the black screen.

Software website reader Adel research found that Windows
8.1 update black screen is the culprit in the graphics card driver, because even Windows
8.1 is only a small update version, can not Guarantee that the driver under Windows
8 can be used directly, and if it is not compatible, the update will fail.

This problem is especially noticeable on dual graphics systems. Intel and AMD's current processors basically integrate integrated graphics. If you install a discrete graphics card and do not completely block the display, it is very easy to get things done, especially in notebooks.

Adel's feedback is as follows:

After six hours of tossing, I finally solved the problem. I also encountered a black screen issue like everyone else.

First, when starting the notebook, press F8 to enter safe mode.

In Safe Mode, open Device Manager to block Intel graphics. Restart the notebook, start normally, download the AMD Catalyst 13.11 Beta graphics driver, and download the latest version of the Intel graphics driver.

Then everything goes well. Intel HD Graphics 4000, AMD Radeon HD 8800M get along with each other. My notebook is the Samsung NP880Z5E-X01SE.

If you have other graphics cards, you may need to find the latest drivers. Download those that can be used in Windows 8.1.

Do you understand? In fact, it is very simple, as long as you change your graphics card driver to the latest version that supports Windows 8.1 before updating, you can avoid black screen problems. If you have a black screen, enter the safe mode to uninstall the driver, come back and reload the latest version.

Note: If your notebook cannot install the public version driver, please search our driver library for the latest driver.

Of course, download failures, restart blue screens, etc. are not included here, and you need to find other solutions.
