The steps are as follows:

First open the Start menu and there is a search box at the bottom of the Start menu where you can search for system functions and program shortcuts in the Start menu.

Enter the word "recording" in the search box, as shown in the figure, you can also find the recording program that comes with the system by clicking on all programs and then in the attachment.

At this point, a search result will appear at the top, that is, the recorder program. We can now drag and drop this program to the desktop so that we can open it more conveniently when we use it next time. As shown in the figure, press and hold this program to drag it to the desktop.

At this point we switch back to the system desktop, and on the desktop we can find the icon options for this recorder. Double click to open this program.

After recording is complete, you can click the Stop Recording button to end the recording.

After the end, a file save interface will pop up. You can put the recorded sound file on the desktop or put it somewhere else. Finally, click the Save button to save the file.
