2. Excluding third-party software conflicts

Run MSCONFIG via Win+R, switch to the “Services” tab, select “Hide all Microsoft system services”, then disable all external services one by one, disable all startup items, and see if the problem is obtained. Solved (Figure 3).

3. Repair system files to recover

If the previous methods can not be resolved, it may be caused by system file corruption. It can be solved by repairing system files.

Enter the Command Prompt window as a command administrator and run the SFC /SCANNOW command to repair the system. This command automatically repairs corrupted system files and restores the system function that caused the error to normal (Figure 4).
