First, find the authorization file
After the host registration is successful, it will be generated in c:\\windows\\system32 or c:\\windows\\syswow64 directory“*.cjt&rdquo Authorization file, if the file is missing, it will not be able to log in.
What is the authorization file?
After registration, the authorization file format is a file with the encryption lock number .cjt”, if it is an upgraded product, please go to the anti-counterfeiting website to check the latest barcode of the product. The generated authorization file should be “New”. Barcode .cjt”.
Specific operations:
1, computer search "ld.; *.cjt"; authorization file;
32-bit operating system: authorization file will be in c:\\windows\\system32;
64-bit operating system : The authorization file will be in c:\\windows\\syswow64.
If the generated authorization file is not in the specified directory, you can copy it directly to the specified path c:\\windows\\system32 or c:\\windows\\syswow64. If there are multiple cjt files under the folder corresponding to the C drive (including the pre-upgrade and upgraded dog numbers), the software may not be able to read the correct authorization file, so if you encounter a license problem, please confirm the number. When uninstalling the software, T3 needs to manually delete the installation directory UFSMART and c:\\windows\\system32\\UFCOMSQL.
T6 needs to manually delete the installation directory T6SOFT and c:\\windows\\system32\\UFCOMSQL.
3, if a client prompts the license problem, the server login is normal, please download the latest patch, install the server and the client at the same time; if still can not be resolved, you need to uninstall the client software to clean the software, then on the server Update the patch at the same time as the client.
4. If the T6 software still prompts the license problem if the authorization file and the patch are normal, the software may not be uninstalled due to the previous version. The check method is as follows:
Search serverNT.exe and US80sgv.dll under system32. If it exists, the uninstallation is not clean. Check whether the serverNT.exe path is correct and delete the wrong file.
(1) Uninstall the error service file and install the correct service.
To find the T6 service in the service manager, right-click the property to view its path:
If the path is "d:\\T6SOFT\\desktop\\ServerNT.exe" (with the installation directory in d:\\T6SOFT as an example) , directly delete the serverNT.exe under system32;
If the path is "c:\\windows\\system32\\ServerNT.exe", please follow the steps below.
Note: The path error serverNT.exe cannot be deleted manually!
Step 1: Start--Run--Enter cmd and press Enter.
Step 2: Enter "c:\\windows\\system32\\ServerNT.exe" remove in the command window and press Enter (uninstall error service).
Step 3: Enter "d:\\T6SOFT\\desktop\\ServerNT.exe" install in the command window and press Enter (install the correct service).
Step 4: Manually start the T6 service in the service management, and then log in to the software.
(2) Delete the US80sgv.dll file
Please close ufsvrmgr.exe in the task manager first, then close the T6 service from the service manager, and then delete the file.
