Win7/Win8.1 Enterprise Edition and Education Edition Upgrade Win10 Today (August 1st) Open

According to Microsoft's official blog, Win7/Win8.1 enterprise and organization users with legal volume licenses can start to upgrade to Win10 Enterprise and Education on August 1. Software Assurance users can download Windows 10 Enterprise Edition from the Microsoft Volume Licensing website from now on.

To ensure that users can successfully pilot and deploy Win10 Enterprise and Education Editions, the latest System Center 2012 Configuration Manager and System Center 2012 R2 Configuration Manager Service Packs (SPs) provide support for Win10 using the existing Configuration Manager. The feature allows users to adapt to Win10 using an existing management architecture. In addition, users can also try to use the new features of "System Center Configuration Manager Second Technology Preview", Microsoft plans to officially release the system in the fourth quarter of 2015.
The new features of the existing Win10 Enterprise and Education editions have been tested in the Windows Insider program, and this approach will continue to ensure the security and stability of these features. However, in order to ensure that the enterprise users' Win10 products have higher security and stability, and keep the system up to date, Microsoft recommends that these users register Windows Update for Business for enterprise users for their devices.
