Windows system restore can not open how to do?

  

Why is the system not restored, and the button to open the system restore is gray? If the operating system closes the related service, you cannot use the corresponding service.

1, the restore function is turned on, and the button is gray (not available).

2, start → control panel

3, control panel → system and security

4, system → management tools

5, management tools & rarr; services

6, in turn find Windows Backup services → start.

7, restart the computer, then go and see, can the restore be used? Start → control panel → system and security & rarr; system & rarr; system protection

8, if not, you can start → run (Windows 8 operating system can use Win+R to call out Run) → Enter: gpedit.msc Enter to open the Group Policy Editor.

9. Open Group Policy ▶ Computer Configuration ▶ Manage Templates ▶ System ▶ System Restore.

10. Find and double-click to open [Close System Restore].

11, click unconfigured or disabled → OK

12, after reboot, the system restore button (function) should be available.
