How to upgrade Win10 10056 to win10 latest version 10061?

  

Microsoft released the Windows 10 Build 10061 technology preview version to Insiders yesterday. However, if you have previously installed the leaked version of Build 10056, then you will not be able to update to Build 10061 via Windows Update. However, we have a way to solve this problem and let you smoothly update to Build 10061.

The detailed steps are as follows:

· Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe) in the Start menu

· Find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsSelfHostApplicability” (not included Quotation marks)

· Right-click to edit the data of BranchName as fbl_impressive

· Edit ThresholdRiskLevel to "Low" &

· Edit Ring to WIF< Br>

After that, run the command prompt as administrator and enter the following code (without quotes) ):

  • After completing the computer, you can go to Windows after restarting the computer. Check for updates in Update, Build 10061 should be able to update.
