How does Win2003 control the number of remote terminal connections?

In the process of managing the server, sometimes the server of the Windows system needs to limit the number of remote terminal connections for special needs. If you have this requirement, you can look at the following steps. I hope to help you, thank you.

1, first open the system running window, or press Ctrl + R, it will pop up

2, then enter gpedit.msc in the pop-up window Then press Enter

3, then the Group Policy Editor will pop up. There are a lot of system settings that are also very useful. You can find out more here. >

4, we choose computer configuration---management template--windows component

5, then click on terminal service, you will see a series of terminal services on the right Setting Content

6. We find the number of restricted connections in it, then double-click to open, then select Enable, and then fill in the number of restrictions you need to achieve the goal.

Note: The number of restrictions depends on your own needs. It is generally not recommended to open too many terminals.
