Win8.1 IE can not open the simplest solution

  

Win8.1 IE browser can not open, double-click the icon, right-click to open no response, can only run as an administrator. (Cause: The registry has been modified)

1. Open the registry → (right click on the “Start” button in the lower left corner of the desktop and select “Run” in the pop-up options. ”, enter “ regedit & rdquo; determine to open the registry. (as shown below)



2, open the registry "Main" privilege → navigate to “ HKEY_CURRENT_USER \\Software\\Microsoft\\Internet Explorer\\Main” item, right-click on the "Main" option, and select the "Permissions (P)" option in the pop-up dialog box to open the "Main Permissions" window. As shown below)


3, modify the registry "Main" permissions, click “ Advanced (V) & rdquo; open “ Main advanced security settings & rdquo;, click “ Enable Inheritance (I) & rdquo;, click “ Apply & rdquo; and & ldquo; OK & rdquo;, OK, try to open IE. (as shown below)
