How does the Win10 system turn off the IPv6 protocol to improve the system speed?

Like Win8, Windows 10 supports IPv6 protocol by default, but it will affect the system running speed and disk occupancy. We are using the IPv4 protocol, and IPv6 is not yet widely available and can be shut down. How does Win10 close IPv6 now?

Open the “Network Connections” window. As shown in the figure:

Right-click on the network (network card) you are currently using and select “Properties"Open the <quo;Ethernet Properties” window. As shown in the figure:

In the list, use the following items to find the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) in the list, uncheck, and finally click “ OK” The IPv6 protocol was turned off. In the future, if you want to re-enable the IPv6 protocol, just check it and click “OK”

Many people don't know much about IPv6, but everyone knows about IP. IPv6 is an abbreviation of Internet Protocol Version 6, in which Internet Protocol is translated as "Internet Protocol", which is a next-generation IP protocol used to replace the current version of the IP protocol (IPv4).
