How to automatically open the webpage marked with Bing after Win8.1 broadband connection

  

Many users are very annoyed with this problem on Win8.1 system. Which problem is it? When Win8.1 is connected to the broadband, it will automatically open the Bing webpage, which makes the user resentful. How to solve it?

Method 1: Use the registry

First step, press the Win+R key combination, enter "ldedit" in the run command, enter.

The second step, in the registry editor interface that appears, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\NlaSvc\\Parameters\\Internet, click to select the Internet project, the right window to find the value of "EnableActiveProbing" Double-click to open the Edit AWORD (32-bit) Value dialog box.

The third step is to edit the AWORD (32-bit) value dialog box and change the numerical data to “ld (; default 1)”. When finished, click OK to save and restart the computer again. After the broadband connection is successful, the automatic login interface will no longer appear!

Method 2: Using the Local Group Policy Editor

The principle is the same, all disable the Windows network connection status indicator. Activity test.

In the first step, press the Win+R key combination and enter “ldped;gpedit.msc” in the run command and press Enter (refer to Method 1).

Step 2, in the Local Group Policy Editor interface, expand Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Internet Communication Management, and then click to select "Internet Communication Settings" In the right window, find and double-click "Close Windows Network Connection Status Indicator Activity Test".

The third step is to close the Windows Network Connection Status Indicator Activity Test dialog box, click to select the top left corner “ Enabled”, then click OK to exit the setup interface.
