Microsoft has not confirmed any rumors, nor has it promised to launch Spartan when Windows 10 is released on January 21 next year.

Industry sources point out that because Spartan will be available to both desktop and mobile users, how effective it is. In addition, it is reported that Microsoft has been considering abandoning the name IE in order to avoid users' old impressions of IE browser insecurity and non-standard, while the new browser will mean that Microsoft acknowledges that Google and Mozilla are already upgrading.
