1. First click on ““Control Panel” and click on “Clock, Language and Region”. 2. Click on “Change time, date or number format”. 3. Select the “Format” tab and select the corresponding drop-down menu in the date and time format to modify the format of the time and date. The modified result can be seen in the example below, if you want to make detailed modifications. You can choose the “other settings" below. 4. Enter the custom format for more detailed modifications, such as modifying the "AM” symbol for "am;";“PM symbol for afternoon”. After that, you can see that in the previous example of the format option, “AM, PM” has become “AM, PM”. 5. Detailed modification of the corresponding date can also be done in a custom format. Select the drop-down menu for the “date” format selection in the date tab to modify it. However, be aware that changes in the custom format will also be applied to the Format tab in the region and language when clicked OK. 6. If you want to modify the number format, you can modify it and save it in the “Number” tab of the custom format. If you want to modify the currency and sorting, or reset the previous changes, select the corresponding tab.
