Operation method:

Press Windows+X+A, open a command prompt,

Enter: wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:xxxxxxx, press back Car key, unloading.

Enter: dism/online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup, press Enter.

Then perform the following steps:

Remove the temporary files that Windows uses to identify computer updates:

Press Windows+R and enter the “Services.msc” command to open the service. Window, open the Windows

Update service, stop it and go to the “C:\\Windows\\SoftwareDistribution\\DataStore” folder to delete all the files inside. Then go back to "C:\\Windows\\SoftwareDistribution\\” and delete the files in “Download”.

Finally, you will need to restart your computer and perform the update again. In addition, it is also recommended that you open the Windows Firewall, turn off the security software installed on your computer and update it to improve the update success rate.
