The menu bar on the Win7 system task manager is not restored.

Solution: (win7 flagship Version system as an example)

1. Press the “Ctrl+Shift+Esc” key on the keyboard to open the task manager and double-click the blank space (the position of the red rectangle mark) as shown in Figure 2. > Figure 2 Double-click on the blank space of the task manager

2. After double-clicking, the menu bar of the task manager is restored. As shown in Figure 3
