Microsoft released mysterious Win8.1 patch to fix OneDrive/Time Zone

  

Microsoft released the mysterious Win8.1 patch! Around the early morning of September 24th, Microsoft Windows Update automatically updated the server to push two repair updates to Win8.1 platform, namely KB2990967, KB2998527, and the default tag is “recommended update”.

The former fixes the problem that the Windows OneDrive desktop application cannot be automatically updated (refer to the Microsoft Knowledge Base); the latter fixes the problem that the time zone of the Windows system in Russia automatically switches to October 26, 2014 (refer to Microsoft Knowledge) Library), the official recommended ordinary users to install updates in a timely manner.
