Win10 Mobile/Desktop Music changed its name to Groove Music

Computer Store News: Microsoft has updated some of the Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile core applications. The biggest change is the music app, which is now renamed Groove Music. The new version of the app’s live tile (showing that it’s playing) is now shipped with the Groove logo. However, we have not found other new changes.

The Windows 10 mobile and desktop music apps have been updated, and in the store, the Groove version is 3.6.1154.0.

In addition, Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile MSN weather applications are updated to 4.4.156.0 and 4.4.157.0 (mobile phones), mainly for minor adjustments and performance improvements in the user interface. The biggest change is the removal of in-app ad. In the Insider feedback application, many users complain about advertisements in Microsoft's official applications. It seems that Microsoft has listened to users' opinions.

Groove Music can browse and manage your personal music collection, create and edit your favorite song playlists, and add your music to OneDrive.

The OneDrive app received a small update, but did not see significant changes, mainly bug fixes and performance improvements.
