Microsoft Announces: Win10 Preview 10041 Bug and Known Issues Summary

Computer store news: Microsoft today officially brought the latest Win10 preview version 10041 to Windows Insider users who have chosen the fast update frequency. After the update push, Microsoft officially announced the multiple bugs in the version. And known issues.

Build 10041 is the first 10k Build, offering some new features and some bugs. Microsoft has posted a known issue in Build 10041 on the Windows blog. List:

The User Name and Password boxes may not appear or accept input problems when the user logs in. Possible solutions include clicking the “Switch User” button, using Ctrl + Alt + Del, or pressing the computer's power button to hibernate/restart and try again.

You can manually lock your computer during the initial registration activation (OOBE), but if you do, you will have to restart your computer and restart the OOBE experience (so don't lock your computer during OOBE).

In Build 10041, mail, calendar, and people applications may have beta app store licensing issues and may not start properly.

There are several accessibility issues with Build 10041, and narration or third-party screen readers may not be available. Another problem is that using Lens after enabling the magnifier may cause the screen to become unusable.

On the right side of the lock screen you may notice a chess icon, which is added by the lock screen team so that they can see if the user is using the new lock screen or the old one. This icon will be deleted.

High DPI fonts on the lock screen can be enlarged to a large size.

Currently, tablet mode notifications are turned off by default to resolve some of the issues we have seen, but notifications can be reopened by setting.

The login screen does not display the touch keyboard, and the computer cannot be turned on after the narration is turned on.

Some users may encounter some frequent reminders to restart the installation of the update, and in many cases, there may be no updates at all, the user directly ignores it.

If you plan to install Windows 10 Build 10041, these issues need to be understood in advance.
