Microsoft WP has steadily increased, global web usage is 2%

Computer store news: Statcounter released monthly chart shows that Windows Phone market share has steadily increased, global mobile web usage increased from 0.91% last year to this year's 2.08%. The second quarter increased by 0.21%, the third quarter was 0.30%, and the fourth quarter was 0.38%.

It is worth mentioning that these figures are relative to the entire market, which indicates that WP growth is not only faster than the entire market, but also the growth rate is accelerating.

iOS has no such good luck, and global web usage has dropped to 21.82%. Android has maintained a crazy growth rate, from 33.19% to 42.99%.

As far as the region is concerned, the best market for WP is Europe and South America, with usage increasing from 2.5% to 3.7% in Europe and 1.75% in South America to 4.9%. WP's performance in the US and Asia is not ideal.

Overall, WP is in good shape and is expected to perform better in 2014.
