Nokia Symbian Belle welcomes Microsoft's first application

  

After Nokia announced Windows Phone as its main smartphone platform, the fate of Symbian seems to be doomed. But with the release of Belle's new system, Symbian seems to have a glimmer of life. Nokia today announced that it will offer a series of software updates for Symbian Belle called Microsoft Apps.

Nokia said that these tools available in Microsoft Apps are designed to improve the efficiency of Belle devices, this year will have four Microsoft Apps release, are provided free of charge, users can download Symbian Software Update . The first four tools include: Microsoft Lync Mobile, Onenote, Powerpoint Broadcast, and Microsoft Document Connection.

Lync 2010 Mobile provides enterprise instant messaging and video/audio conferencing services. Powerpoint Broadcast allows users to share PowerPoint documents between multiple computers, send document links to other users, and click on other users to sync View your slideshow documents; OneNote provides users with a more convenient photo recording service and supports synchronization with SkyDrive; Document Connection sets up a bridge between the mobile phone and the SharePoint 2010 official website documents and email attachments.
