Solve the startup failure of the NT system - ERD2003 application

1, unable to enter due to error driving (here refers to the situation that the security mode can not enter)
Some friends may think of the failure recovery station as soon as possible, first listsvc listed drive name Then disable servicename prohibits loading the driver at startup
but there is no CD installed at the side, and the failure recovery console is not installed on the HD? ? ?
easy, start to enter the erd interface, select Server and Drivers Manager in the menu, select the Drivers item as shown in the figure, then the right side will display all the drivers installed on the currently selected OS, which driver to disable, select the properties of the driver , select Disable in the startup type Startup Type!
As shown in the figure I am disabling the s3 graphics driver installed in my vserver

2, can not find the ntldr file can not be started
This method is too many methods, since it can not find ntldr, of course It is copied from the installation CD. If you don't have cd installed, you can use floppy disk to copy. The floppy disk can't be implemented with ERD. The premise is that the machine also enters ERD in the LAN, because there is no need to control HD. On the os permission, in the ERD os selection dialog (pictured) you can choose any os (multi-system) or even None

After entering the desktop, select the TCP/IP Configuration of the main menu, set the network card ip, set the Network Neighborhood on the desktop, this is the online neighbor, then know how to do it.
This example is actually to illustrate the use of ERD networking to recover files when it is unable to enter os. It is not really necessary to do this in order to copy ntldr, because there is ntldr in the ERD boot disk. ^_^

3, when you can not enter the system, check the system log
Simple, it is important to note that because you want to control the os on the HD, you should also select the corresponding os in the boot menu and then enter erd. After entering, select Event Logs in the menu

4, because the system service is prohibited by mistake and can not enter the OS
This is actually the same as the first driver problem, just just did not expect, now make up. Enter the same place to select services, as shown in the figure, set the disabled Computer Browser to Automatic Automatic

5, can not start using the previously created restore point
ERD boot menu select OS to enter the desktop, open the main In the menu of System Restore, select Next in the dialog box, then select Rollback to an existing point created by windows to enter the next step (as shown), the next step is to select the previously created restore point (because my vserver is installed is Win2k does not have a system restore, so the next steps can not be screenshotd), and then start to perform the restore, and of course, because of the ERD itself, the Restore process will be quite long

The following figure is the System Restore implementation to In the above picture, press the next error prompt, and by the way, the startup fault is said here. These are relatively simple, and there are other ways to achieve it, but some special cases can still be urgent. Citie right when the initiate, interested friends look, hope to have the application of the three or four applications of ,,, ^ _ ^
