All .exe executables in Vista can't run

Even if you enter a program to run in the Run window, it displays "Unsupported Interface". The initial estimate is that the virus has changed the exe file association, so a new user enters, and surely everything is normal, open the registry editor, export the associated key value of the exe file, and then go to the old user, double-click the reg file just exported And everything is back to normal.
The contents of the exported file are:
