Press F8 when starting the computer, select "Safe Mode with Command Prompt" in the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" operation interface, enter the system, then click "Start → Run" and enter "cmd" Enter "mmc.exe" in the "Command Prompt" dialog box and press Enter to open the "Console", click the "File → Add /Delete Snap-in → Add" button, select "Group Policy Object Editor → Add a button and click the Finish button.
