EasyBcd software fixes dual-boot issues with Vista and XP

  
With the increasing popularity of Windows Vista, more and more users are installing Windows XP and Windows Vista dual systems. Because Windows Vista uses a completely different boot method than before, many users can't flexibly set and repair the Windows XP/Vista boot menu. You don't need to use the obscure Windows Vista BCD command line parameters. You only need to use the EasyBcd software. Easily handle common Windows XP/Vista boot issues. First download the EasyBcd software and follow the prompts to install it under Windows XP or Windows Vista. If you are using the EasyBcd software under Windows XP, you need to install .Net Framework2.0 in advance, otherwise the software will not work properly.
We can easily solve boot faults in Windows XP/Vista dual system with EasyBcd. There are three typical applications:
1. Reinstallation causes boot record corruption
Computer installed Windows XP/Vista dual system, later repaired Windows XP installation, Windows XP can run normally, but the Windows Vista boot record in the boot menu is destroyed, can not enter Windows Vista . This kind of failure is a typical Windows XP/Vista dual boot failure. It can be repaired by EasyBcd software. After running the software, click the "Manage Bootloader" button on the main interface, then the "Bootloader Installation Options" on the right side. Under option) select "Reinstall the Vista Bootloader" and finally click the "Write MBR" button to write the master boot record (see Figure 1). In the Windows XP/Vista dual system boot menu, one of the boot menus is missing. We assume that the Windows XP and Windows Vista dual system loses Windows XP boot and can try to add it using EasyBcd. After running the EasyBcd program, click the "Add/Remove EntrIEs" button, first select the boot partition of Windows XP on the right side (note that it is not necessarily the system partition, it may be other partitions), set the Name to the name displayed in the boot menu, set Type is Windows NT/2K/XP/2003 (Figure 2). After clicking the "Add Entry" button, click the "Save" button at the top to restart the Windows XP system.

After installing Windows Vista dual system, I found that Windows Vista has poor compatibility and slow operation. You can delete Windows Vista boot in dual system through EasyBcd. Click "Manage" on the program interface. Bootloader button, then select "Uninstall the Vista Bootloader" under "Bootloader Install Options" on the right, then click the "Write MBR" button (Figure 3).

Summary:
1. Windows XP/Vista appears to boot the dual system when the boot failure (some boot items are lost or can not enter an operating system), novice users should not use the obscure Windows Vista BCD command line parameters, you can try this software to fix .
2. EasyBcd software is very powerful for handling XP/Vista dual system boot menu. Only three typical applications are introduced in this paper. In fact, the software also uses a variety of functions such as changing the boot order and boot time of the system to handle XP/Vista dual system. Users can consider using this software.
