Tips for saving the default IE homepage to favorites

        The home page appears when you first open Internet Explorer or when you click the Home button, and can consist of a single page or a group of pages. By saving the current home tab collection to your favorites, you can still keep these home tabs if you reinstall Internet Explorer, delete the home page, or reset Internet Explorer to its default settings.
To save your home page to your favorites:
1. Click Open IE, click the Add to Favorites button, and then click Add Tab Group to Favorites.
2, type the desired name for the tab group (for example, "Home Backup"), select the folder where you want to create the backup, and then click Add. The home page is now saved to the Favorites Center.
Note: To restore the home page set from the backup, click on Favorites Center, select the home page backup folder, and then click the "Open in tab" button. Click the arrow to the right of the "Home" button, click "Change Home", "Use the currently selected card set as the home page", and then click "Yes" to ok!
