The system has been running for a long time. As users continue to delete and move files, disk fragmentation will occur, and Vista's running speed will be seriously degraded. The disk will cause the data to be arranged in an inconsistency. When the hard disk accesses the data, the head needs to search for data in multiple locations instead of continuous reading and writing, which will inevitably cause the performance of the system hard disk to degrade.
How long does it take to sort out the pieces? This needs to be judged according to the frequency of personal computer data deletion movement. Defrag can help users to analyze whether the partition needs to defragment the disk, so that the user can know more when it needs to be sorted. When is it not necessary to sort it out? Enter cmd in the Start menu - Search box (or Win+R Start Run dialog box). In the command prompt dialog that opens, type defrag <partition> <parameters> ; , here we enter defrag g: -a (note the colon and space after the G), so Vista Disk Defragmenter will analyze your disk partition G, after analysis, you can get a hint about whether you need to defragment the disk, (whole The analysis process requires high frequency reading of the hard disk, please do not perform other operations, the analysis process is about 30 seconds, please be patient and wait for the end).
